Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Because many of our jigs are handcrafted and inspected before shipment, additional preparation time may occasionally be necessary to ensure quality.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders through USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

Reel Of Life 423 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Damaged Items

We thoroughly inspect every product before shipment and are confident in the quality of our jigs. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at ReelOfLife423@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

After review, we will replace any item confirmed to be damaged during shipping. We do not offer refunds for damaged items — replacements only.

Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
