At Reel Of Life Jigs, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Because of this, we are confident in the products we send to our customers.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at ReelOfLife423@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once we review the claim and confirm that the product was damaged, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Please note:

• Damage claims must include photos.
• We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
• Replacement requests are only available for items confirmed to be damaged upon arrival.
